Fixing the 42PF7520D

Bit off topic but worth documenting this. We bought this 42in Philips Plasma TV a while ago. Great picture quality. Recently it developed a fault where it needed to be turned off and on again several times to kick it in to life. This is a common fault with these sets according to the internet

The guy who said the 2 small 100uF 16V electrolytics near the blue caps was correct. Replacing them cured the fault. It was quite difficult to get the old ones off as they are are surface mount I replaced them with leaded devices as they are easier to solder. Actually I think the blue components are relays rather than caps. This is on the switch mode power supply by the way.
